HeyJake provides SMS/MMS-based meal coaching, habit support, progress tracking, meal photo analysis, and related account/payment messages. The service is provided for informational and coaching purposes only.
No Medical Advice
HeyJake is not a doctor, dietitian, or medical provider. The service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Diet changes may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified clinician before making major diet changes if you have medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, have a history of eating disorders, or take glucose-lowering medication.
SMS/MMS Terms
By texting our number or opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from HeyJake. Messages may include onboarding, meal coaching, reminders, progress tracking, account updates, and payment status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for deciding whether to follow coaching suggestions. Do not use the service for emergencies. If you feel unwell or need medical care, contact a medical professional or emergency services.
Payments
Paid plans, when active, are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in account/payment messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the system. We may pause or terminate access for misuse, safety concerns, or nonpayment.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee weight loss, health outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free responses. Coaching suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
