We also store AI-generated coaching responses and system logs for service operation and debugging.

We use your information to provide web-based coaching, personalize meal feedback, track progress, analyze meal photos, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the service, and maintain safety and compliance.
Web Chat and Photos
By using the HeyJake web chat, you agree that we may process messages and uploaded photos to provide meal feedback, progress tracking, reminders, account status, and payment status. Do not upload photos or content you do not want processed for these purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the service, including authentication providers, payment processors, hosting/database providers, analytics tools, and AI providers. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
Medical Disclaimer
HeyJake is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, a history of eating disorders, or take glucose-lowering medication, consult a clinician before making diet changes.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain records. You may request deletion of your local account data by contacting us.
