We may collect your phone number, text messages, meal descriptions, meal photos you send, optional progress photos, weight entries, goals, preferences, health caution responses, subscription status, and support messages. We also store AI-generated coaching responses and system logs for service operation and debugging.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide health coaching by SMS/MMS, personalize meal suggestions, track progress, analyze meal photos, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the service, and maintain safety and compliance.
SMS/MMS Consent
By texting our number or opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to onboarding, coaching, meal feedback, reminders, account status, and payment status. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the service, including SMS/MMS providers, payment processors, hosting/database providers, and AI providers. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
Health Information
HeyJake is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, a history of eating disorders, or take glucose-lowering medication, consult a clinician before making diet changes.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain records. You may request deletion of your local account data by contacting us.
